The jury of the American city of Oklahoma-city recognised as guilty of electronic swindle for a total sum of an order of 1,3 million dollars of two Russian citizens.
Dmitry Krivosheev and Maxim Illarionov, 25 and 24 years accordingly, have been recognised by guilty of fulfilment of breaking of bank computer systems and theft of an order of 1,3 million dollars.
One more accused - 25-year-old Alexey Petrov - has been recognised by court by innocent. According to the investigation, among accomplices of Krivosheyev and Illarionov there were also some citizens of Ukraine, however to calculate them yet it was not possible.
As has declared a state accuser in court, two Russians forwarded stolen with accounts of the commercial organisations of the sum into accounts or nothing suspecting people, or to the compatriots participating in arrangement.
Russians are threatened with punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term up to 20 years of prison and the penalty at a rate of 250 thousand dollars.
Removal of a definitive verdict on the given case is expected within three months.
Now to the USA there is a consequence on an another matter about bank swindle with participation of Russians. In the beginning of October the Federal Office of Public Prosecutor of Southern district of New York has informed on excitation 21 criminal cases in the relation group of the hackers, consisting, mainly, from natives of the Eastern Europe, in particular, from Russia. Using a virus-trojan, young men cracked bank systems and abducted money from accounts. In total, according to the investigation, by hackers it has been stolen about 3 million dollars.
